All support calls are subject to your contracted SLA and will be responded to and fixed within the guaranteed times. These times are dependent on the plan you agree to take but we always recommend a Priority based approach. We are happy to advise and help on what is correct for your business and what you need to consider.
You will always receive a call inside your contracted SLA time. We are here to respond to all calls as soon as possible and generally do within 50% of the agreed SLA response time. We offer credits on missed SLA's but are happy to say we have never had to fulfil this obligation.
Yes we offer different levels of 24/7 cover in addition to our support hours. All contracts and plans include a 24/7 monitor via our monitoring and alerting systems. Please contact us or email sales@allit.co.uk.
Yes, we will arrange for an specialist engineer to attend your site to investigate and resolve your issue. Depending on the plan type and fault we may be able to provide loan equipment or replacement of parts.
We can take over your IT support instantly and our remote specialists are able to support your systems from day one. Once a support agreement has approved, we will provide a full onsite survey to record your IT assets and hardware.
We offer a variety of response times from instant to an 8 hour response. Depending on your business requirements we can tailor a support package that fits your budget and needs.
ALLIT Services provide all our clients with a dedicated account manager. Cloud is a name given to Services that are run over the Internet. These Services are often tagged with an 'as a service' (aaS). For instance BaaS (Backup as a service). The benefit of a cloud approach is that the servers and systems are based in Datacentres that offer high availability as well as physical security. As the internet speeds have increased over the years the ability to deliver these services have been enabled, hence the significant growth in these services. Office 365 is a cloud based service offered directly from Microsoft Datacenter across the world.

Yes, all of our support plans as a standard come with 24/7 proactive monitoring of servers to ensure we are alerted to and resolve any issues before they impact your business. Yes, ALLIT offer fully managed or self managed Web Hosting that includes your own C Panel access and domain registration. We also offer a broad range of internet services from ADSL to Fibre Leased Lines. Some of these Services are free to customers who take our support plan.
